I bought woodland shoe from flipkart. Within 3 month it’s leather geting tear off. After lockdown, I mailed woodland for this. They said, see our nearest showroom. I went to them then they said it is not in reparable conditions and it need replacement. I have to claim replacement from flipkart. I contacted their customer support, first they denied to replace. After some talk, they said, they will contact woodland regarding replacement. After 15 days, they ended with solution that brand warranty lies for 30 days only and we can not replace it. Now the leather is damaged and even I can’t make it repair in private. All my hard earned money gone in drain. I wana know whether woodland shoe , which have so high brand value . Its leather is tearing. What does it show?
