I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I have encountered with K Home Mall, a company that has unfortunately engaged in deceptive practices, resulting in financial loss and
distress for me and numerous other
individuals.
On 17/04/2024 I engaged with K Home Mall for a specified task, for which I paid a
sum of 80,000 as requested by the
company. Regrettably, upon the
completion of the task as agreed, K Home
Mall has failed to honor their commitment to refund the amount to me.
This situation has caused significant financial strain and emotional distress for me. I firmly believe that such unethical behavior should not go unnoticed, and
appropriate action must be taken to
rectify the situation and prevent further
harm to consumers.
I kindly request your urgent intervention in this matter to ensure that K Home Mall
fulfills their obligation to refund the
payment as agreed. Additionally, I urge
you to investigate the company’s practices
thoroughly to prevent similar incidents
from occurring in the future.
