Hello
Airtel is playing game with us
Airtel changed my due date of invoice and imposed late fees also even in this pandemic situation. From last three months I am not able to use my broadband due to pandemic situation. But Airtel dont care about except its profit
Airtel Support syste is worest support system. Airtels syas use App or online support for every service related issue. Airtle dose not give any Human Voice Support system for broadband.  Do Broadband holder  not pay rent or money?? Are Broadband Holders  not customer of Airtel. Do they not contribute any profit in Airtel?  Is braodband service free for customer? then why not provide human Voice Suport System or online Support for plan chnage. . I have tried to change my Broadband plan online but your system make fool to us , there is no option to degrade the broadband plan. your IVR system share link for plan change on mobile when we open then link says you are not able to change the plan.
Worst system
Your IVR system waste user time. Customer go round and round. Improve the service and dont play with customer time. otherwise you will be wiped out from market like Rcom.
