It was informed by RBL bank through mobile application that if we spent Rs 1.5 Lakhs in the year we will get 10,000/- Reward points and as per that I have done that and after that nothing got credited if we ask with the customer care they are saying that offer is withdrawn, but in application still it’s showing as milestone achieved and 10,000 reward points credited
They are cheating customers my registered mail id with RBL- pradeepkumar36p@gmail.com
