Dear Sir,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the cancellation of my course enrollment and termination of loan amount due to unforeseen financial difficulties. Unfortunately, I am currently unemployed and facing a challenging financial situation, making it impossible for me to continue with the course at this time.
I kindly ask for your understanding and assistance in processing this cancellation. I appreciate your support and consideration in this matter.
I attempted to contact your team on multiple occasions seeking clarification and assistance, but unfortunately, there was no response. I also created multiple support tickets but received no resolution.
Given that I have not attended any classes since the month of May due to these unresolved issues, I have become increasingly demotivated and disheartened by my experience with both the course content and the communication from your team. As a result, I have decided to request the cancellation of my course, which I have contemplated for the past three months.

This is the exact mail that I have sent to the helpline as well as to the co founder of Crio and still haven’t got any update from the co founder,from the helpline they are forcing me to continue the course.
