I want to share my complaint details with you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
My cousin has purchased a new number (7027777830) and didn’t pay the bill of last two months. One of your employee named Smriti posted at Bhiwani Vodafone customer care Rohtak gate has called my Cousin to pay the bill of above given postpaid number. But, he is Out of Station from last 4-5 days and unable to pay the bill immediately. Instead, of negotiating with my cousin she deactivates my contact no (9050446640) and gives a reason that I have lost my sim card but I didn’t register any complaint anywhere about lost of my sim card. She has used your universal powers and has taken a bold step. Now, I want to know why she deactivated my contact number instead of my cousin number. My contact number get switched off (9050446640) from two days and I’m totally harassed from this incident. Now, I want legal action against your employee (Smriti posted at Bhiwani Vodafone customer care Rohtak gate) as soon as possible.
