Dear concern
I ordered portronics speaker on 23rd of July & as per Flipkart it is expected to be arrived on 24th of July but item not received on 24th July……..Than I raise complaint about the same
Following problem I have to face as mentioned below
1.More than 50 days my amount was stuck
2.Approx 50 times I call to Flipkart agent
& More than that
3.After waiting for several minutes Flipkart put line on hold & cut the call
4.Sinere person intimation also fail that within 2 days you will get refund but it doesn’t work
5.More than 8 times Flipkart cross his deadline date
6.In case of medical urgency Flipkart told me your amount will be refund in 24 hours but fail to do that
7.Poor experience with your Flipkart agent & sinere team too they are helpless to the customer
8.If you want I will stay connected with Flipkart

I want compensation because due to which my work suffered & face too much losses ,money stuck for 48-50 days
Also Flipkart automatically close my issue & everytime I have to reopened it share my issue to Flipkart agent
