I had subscribed to a go zest membership in the name of Manpreet Kaur in Dec 2021by paying rs.21000. I was promised a holiday before continuing with the installments but due to Covid I couldn’t avail any holiday. I decided to terminate the membership. Last month I received a call from Mrs. Kiran who promised me that if I pay another 8000 rupees, I can avail a holiday before continuing with the installments. I made this payment as well but I still haven’t received any booking confirmation. Then I was asked to pay another rs.3068 to avail one holiday. I even made this payment but it hasn’t been updated in my account by the company and I am not being provided with the service for which I have paid money.This kind of unprofessional behaviour is not expected from a company like Mahindra. Why are fake promises made to customers if the company cannot fullfill it. I have paid almost rs 33000 to clubmahindra without even availing one holiday. I feel my money has gone down the drain. Kindly help.
