First they are approaching or targeting people for data entry jobs. Once we accepting the offer they r taking our and address and adhar deatails.
At the time of submission of finished work , they are intentionally failing the work and arguing have to pay losses to company, otherwise we will take legal actions.
Contempt of arbitration is resembling to disrespecting and dishonoring orders of ministry of law and justice. I searched in consumer forums, there are so many compliants like this already filed.
All are mainly Gujarat based data entry job companies. Person to person they are changing the company names.
Please look into it and take a severe action on them as per law.
