Dear sir/Madam
I have purchased a BOYA cashew nuts in amazon in that clearly mentioned of purchase of minimum of Rs. 300 you will get flat Rs.225 cash back will credit towards amazon pay balance. With this the same offer I have place a order but i didn’t receive the cash back offer and the same was issued escalated to amazon support team more than 5 times. But they are not responding proper response. For your reference attached the screenshot of product details.
Actually my complaint is not about cash back but they were cheating to a public for this kind offer and calling for the issue is not getting proper justification.
so please my humble request to look into this on matter
