I have placed an swiggy order
I have placed an instamart order on Dec 02 cost of 306 rs I tried to pay through Paytm app in which 2 times payment was successful but the transaction failed and the order was not placed…but amount was debited…after that through UPI id I paid and the order confirmed…now the problem is the 2 times I paid through Paytm I’m not able to find that in my account it’s not refunded till now. I tried many times contacting the customer care there were telling it will reach by 72 hours or 24 hours…it has been more than one week till noww not received…since I got transaction failed in the app I’m not able to find the order I’d in the app…i will send whatever details i have ..
