Text of Complaint by Pradeep Kumar Ray:

Sir i am a jio customer ur airtel field staff of M. Rampur block, odisha told me if u port ur jio sim into airtel then u get two months free talk time. But when I upload airtel sim issued by ur staff after porting period completion. Up to 9hours phone incoming & outgoing call stopped. I try to consult with ur staff but they will not respond. Badly I have to recharge Ra399/- plan through net banking/google pay. After all i have harrased/chitted by ur staff. There fore I request your goodself to refund money or, extend the talk time period another two months beyond my recharge period. I hope India’s largest cellular network company will give justice me. Thanks
