Text of Complaint by Shawrya Sharma:

I am a vodafone customer almost fro last 4 years i am paying a bill of atleast 1000 a month when i am not using their services also to that extent whenever i visit a vodafone store they  have a reason for not converting my pospaid sim to prepaid and they openly say it cannot be done please come back agin after somedays i am willing to pay extra amount also but just to churn money out of us they are playing games like this,i have felt that i have been harassed since last one year paying the bills unnecessarily .
