I, RAGHURAJ SARUP BHARGAVA is using three postpaid numbers: 9999285093, 9999685093, 9811864512.
In first two numbers the tariff plan used is special 99, while in third number it’s Rs 249.
Y’day and day before, in view of received message that my plan shall be revised to Red basic 299, I raised objection and demanded continuation of existing plan.
Mr Manoj Kumar, contacted me from customer care and promised me that he has taken SR request for continuation of my existing plan and special 99 shall continue. Moreover he said he is activating Direct to customer services for life long, by which there won’t be any change in plans without my acceptance.
Yet, today, in spite of my refusal plan Red basic 299 is activated. I have once again raised issue at customer care, where Mr Anubhav, who has promissed that he has registered complain number 582058984 regarding the same.
I demand continuation of my existing plan of special 99 on 9999285093 & 9999685093, else convert it into pre-paid for time being before I port out of VODAPHONE.
