I had applied for change of plan from Rs 943 to Rs 589 since october 18 via airtel thanks app.Recharge of 589 was successful but plan didnt change from company side and it expired in 18 days again in November I have done the same recharge but same thing is happening again again .
When I contacted customer care then they are saying our techical team will contact you in 4 hours , 24 hours blah blah from last one week but there is no addresal for my problem .
