My name is Shamin Kumar T S. this mail is for informing you regarding an order that i have done on paytm on 02/12/2018 (Order ID 6669615469)..
On 10/12/2018 I received a message like
“Out For Delivery: Pop Socket Mul… (Order ID 6669615469) will be delivered today by Prasad K K, reachable on 9048298803.”
But nobody call me on that day and delivery not done on that day.
Today(12/12/18) I noticed to know that the order is cancelled..
I called that Deliveryboy Mr.Prasad K K, reachable on 9048298803 and asked for the status of my delivery. He spoke to me very indesendly. I think This misbehave from that delivery boy is actually from your side.
I would like to know the actual reason for cancelling the same..
