This has reference to the order no. OD126329094882946000 Which i confirmed on 22.10.2022 it was so shameful that i got my product cancelled from Flip kart side without giving any intimation about cancellation of my product .i was continually trying to connecting to filp kart for getting my product on time since the date from proposed delivery date i.e 30.10.2022 to 5.10.2022 and between this periods i was so trying to communicate the correct information and due to this process it get me so disturbed during above mentioned period. I also share that it was my worst experience becos after all that i got the message that my order is cancelled. I want to ask Is this right. I request you to provide me above said product with same price configuration and condition as previously . I am also forwarding this to concerned agency to taking further necessary action.I just received call from flipkart and in during conversation with customer service person i was feel that they are not even consider my problem and they are just like we can’t provide my order with the price i order earlier. That means flip kart has all right to provide any offer any time and cancel order whenever they l want ,no commitment matter no ethics and moral values. now questions is how customers trust flipkart .it feel totally devastating that how flipkart made me fool totaly.I will go to higher authority not matter i get justice or not i want to drow attention to stakeholders of flipkart this will not let them go to good future. Many firm trying so hard to reach the level as Flipkart now but this behaviour will not get helpful.
