Good day, I Khushboo Kumari travelling with my daughter with the spice jet flight SG 9510 of PNR no -ZEF52T from Patna to Kolkata.due to treatment of my daughter..after check in 15 min before airline staff informed me that flight is canceled…because of this I missed my daughter treatment schedule..afterwards they are providing me next day late night flight which is useless for me .once I told to refund my money they told it ll be refunded in 15 days..and gave me a discount voucher for next time travelling..is this is the right compensation for me..kindly do the needful.I have spent more than 2000 to reach airport from my village and lots of hassle I faced..
