I am a Purple Studio member and having Membership number 2280085 in my name Deepak Kukreja, I have paid a handsome amount in lakhs buying this useless membership and I am been charged too much of ASF every year, due to COVID my days accumulated more then 25.7 days and this year they deducted 4.7 lapsed days, they have blocked my bookings saying pay advance ASF for year 22-23 first, and whenever I book even 4 months in advance my bookings are never confirmed, I have to struggle a lot for a holiday and they sale these resorts units on agoda.com and other sites, the bookings are always on hold and we never get confirmation so automatically days gets accumulated, I wrote a letter to CEO at kavinder.singh@mahindraholidays.com but his assistant Ms. Ankita Gamare called once and wrote once to pay ASF and she is not cooperating person at all, I have paid approximately ₹10.50 lakhs for useless Purple Studio Membership and paying almost ₹18.75k per year as ASF charges, if I calculate simple interest of @7% per year also so ultimately I have paid them ₹17k per night as they give only 7 nights per year + almost ₹3k per night towards ASF charges so we are paying ₹20k per night and at this price we can book a holiday in Europe or if I go to any 7 star ⭐️ property also they will never ever charge such a huge amount, if I book any 5 ⭐️ or 7 star ⭐️ hotel I can just book 1 day prior with confirm booking, but here with Club Mahindra we have to book 4 months in advance and that also we never get confirmation as I said earlier they are selling these resort units to non members through agoda and other sites, so now I have these multiple issues which Club Mahindra is not ready to listen and resolve, please help me get justice from Club Mahindra.
