Hello,
Today i booked a room(Location:OYO Townhouse THE ARROW Near Lotus Temple) for two in the name of Garima Sharma and at the time of check-in the hotel denied entry.
Since then I have been following up with the Oyo executives but every time they keep the call on hold. This is really disappointing from there side.
I would sincerely request you to look into the matter and initiate a refund of amount Rs 575.
