Text of Complaint by Shivani Sood:

I have made a booking with booking id T3MHKJ at FabHotel NH 7 Zirakpur for 10th December to 12 December for an executive room. When we reached the hotel they provided us with a room which was not at all executive so I complained at the reception and they said they apologise and will change the room in the morning. But to be on a safer side I contacted customer care and explained the whole situation and they said they will help me with this. Next day morning hotel denied to change the room so I again called the customer care and explained them my situation. We have to check out from the hotel as it was not at all positive behaviour of the hotel staff towards us. After that I m calling customer care continuously asking them about the current status of my booking and refund. No customer care executive is giving me satisfactory answer. Today on 31st December I again called the customer care and the person on the other side was extremely rude. I m very disappointed with the fabhotel services. They are again and again saying that we are checking our system and we cannot refund the amount. It’s not at all about the refund it’s about the apologies u people should feel when ur in a hospitality business. Really disappointed ☹️ never gonna try again on fabhotels
