Text of Complaint by Krishna Vala:

Dear Sir,
I have purchased TV from Flipkart and purchased three years extra warranty. I have been trying to contact which is mentioned from past few days but number is not working so I did email to Jeeves who have provided extended warranty but they responded that they will contact in 24 hours but no contact from their side. I raised a complaint to flipkart but their representative asked me to contact service center. Today I contacted service center so they called me it should be requested from where you have take exteneded warrranty otherwise it should be chargeble. Now having extended warranty, how can i pay the charge. no proper support from the Flipkart. They don’t have alternate number of Jeeves who have given extended warranty. do the needful.
