This is to inform you that i am taking a post paid plan from airtel store, Main road, Ranchi, Jharkhand in the month of jan’2020 against mobile no 9555583095. in this i have received bill in the month of feb’2020 was Rs. 303 and i have paid immediately, but i have received next bill in the month of march’2020 was Rs 587 it is really shocking for me after that i want to contact to airtel customer care regarding my bill no one will be call to me for clarification and my airtel number was block for outgiong call thats why i am unable to call i have requested many times when i received voice call from airtel to talk any representative but still i am not getting call from them. Now, yester again i received bill from airtel of Rs. 587 after then my airtel number already blocked since March’2020 after then i have no call from the number nor using any internet data or call instead of all the problem i am facing they are generating bills again and again. I am telling that i am not going to pay any bills which is not using by me, So, i am requesting to airtel seniors to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
