My son Mr. Aviral Avasthi received mail from Vodafone on 4 October 2022 on his mail ID avasthiaviral@gmail.com; that there is an overdue amount is Rs.10071.48 for Vi no. 9833355231 with relationship no. 104698561. We appreciate and value your relationship with us. We are offering a waiver of Rs. 2014.3 on your total outstanding amount as a special one time offer for your continued association. Please pay Rs. 8057.18 immediately. This offer is valid only till 4-Oct-22. For Detail contact Davinder on 8380055219
My son has paid immediately Rs. 8057.18 but when he tried the phone no. mentioned, he found that no is switched off. He contacted me because his phone was disconnected by the company. I went to visit Vodaphone office today on 7/10/22 at 12.30 p.m.at Parel near Bharat Mata to know the facts. There I met Nazmin at counter no B. She told to contact on the no sent on mail. I dialed three – four time in her presence and found that phone is switch off. On our request she sent detail. On her suggestion we paid Rs. 2014.30. Because in their record it was outstanding and she was not in a position to waive Rs.2014.3.
Please refund Rs. 2014.3 because company had sent the mail and provided offer and as per offer Rs.8057.18 paid by my son immediately but company disconnected the number by saying Rs. 2014.3 is outstanding balance. Though it was offered by the company itself by sending mail. Further, contact number provided by the company is also switched off so it is difficult to contact the company person.
Please look into the matter and refund Rs. 2014.3
