Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Vodafone number 9811063118 for the last 26 Years. In the month of March during the lockdown period, I used the Red plan of Rs.999 for one month only and then I paid the bill of Rs.948.00 in the month of April and again change the plan of Rs.299, but I received a bill of very high amount about 3500/- which is not feasible for me to pay and I had already change the plan from 999 to 299.
Vodafone has deactivated the number.
Now on the behalf of Vodafone, many persons call me in a day and pressurize to me for bill payment of Rs.4695.26 which is totally unjustified.
Two days ago one person call me and said to me that we are waiving the excess amount so please pay the Rs.1800.00 and we will activate your number, but when I said for any message or mail regarding it, she gave me request number. When I check the request number from the Vodafone store it found fake. I am unemployed due to COVID and it not possible for me to pay the amount.
kindly resolve the issue and send me the correct bill which I can pay and please do it from the proper channel, i.e. mail or message me on my alternate number 9811663118.
