I am facing a problem from my service provider vodafone ,i am using vodafone connection on my mobile phone.
I am having a corporate connection with 2G internet facility ,but when i got my bill there are charges of rps 2070/- of 4G internet usage, at that time i have only consumed 50% of my data pack of 2G net service.Now my question is this when customer has not put any request for the 4G internet facility how service provider can activate such facility without customer consent and after some time again they shift to 2G internet .I went to vodafone store to put a complaint for this ,they register my complaint complaint no. is 414768160.but no body from vodafone contact me back for solution of problem at last i put mail to vodafone now they are saying we cant do anything ,you have to pay for this because you use data,i said i agree data is used which is shown in bill but without request how service got activated and gain get deactivated by company them self.its a loot from company on customer pocket.I request you kindly resolve my problem
