I have purchased a airtelwifi hotspot device at workplace from airtel executive located in pritech park 6b capgemini bellandur in ecospace bangalore 560037 7th floor in cafeteria,i havent received a bill yet it was informed that after 48 hours i will get a bill on my registered email id.I have contacted an executive he name is rakesh he was saying that i need to wait for more 7days .I do understand due to covid 19 things are not moving smoothly but it shouldnt take 3 months to produce a bill.
