I DID MY ANNUAL DISH RECHARGE OF TATA SKY IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST. BUT THEY DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT IN MAY AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEN THEY SAID THAT THIS WAS DONE ACCORDING TO NEW RULES YOUR ACCOUNT WAS DEACTIVATED ON 4TH APRIL BUT WE ACTIVATED YOUR NEW PLAN OF RS1400 PER MONTH WITHOUT CONFIRMING FROM ME.
THAT I WANT THIS OR NOT IF I KNOW ABOUT THAT THEN I WAS TAKEN A PLAN OF LESS AMOUNT. THEY DO THAT WITH THEIR OWN CHOICE. WHEN I CALLED THEN THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THAT.
THEY DIDN’T GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE NO. THEY SAID THAT NO ONE CALL HAD DONE REGARDING THIS RULE
