Text of Complaint by Hajarat Ibrahim Inchal:

While I have paying the fees of 400Rs of an requirement through phonepay using baroda e gateway, the server was failed and it shows ‘transaction failed’, but after some time I paid again then it was successful but I got two times my account debited with 400 and again 400rs, pls refund my 400rs money to my phonepay. ?
