I ordered a Samsung 253 L Refrigerator OD225688787608281000 on Tuesday 9th August 2022. It was supposed to be delivered the on 12th August 2022. It didn’t happen.
The Samsung 253 L Refrigerator reached to the nearest hub. After that Samsung 253 L Refrigerator was never delivered to me. Its been now 4th days and even after many complaints Flipkart is unable to support.
Since this is an electronic item and that too a costly product, it should not have been there on hub for 4 days. I want to cancel my order but both Flipkart App/Site are not allowing me to cancel it. I requested Customer support so many times but they are always giving standard replies.
I want to cancel the order and get my money back.
