This is to bring to your kind notice that I have booked a Samsung refrigerator (Pebble Blue, RT28T3453UT/HL) on 09.08.2022 and the delivery date was on 12.08.2022 but till now I have not received the item.
I visited the official web site and from there I took the logistic person number , I called him and he was very rude to me and he behaved like a local rowdy/Gundas.
So finally I reached out to flipkart customer care but no use. They are saying give me some time within 18.08.22 we will resolve your issue but now I have received msg within 7 working days we will arrange delivery like.
Tracker status was also wrongly updated and on 12th August 2022 logistic person called me he told me we are unable to give door delivery, i said, i booked the door delivery you have to give, but all of sudden he disconnected the call. On 13th August 2022 I reached out to the logistics person but he said today also we can’t give delivery because he said every day we can’t come with a single parcel and he told me if you want to cancel your order.
And am unable to cancel orders due to out of delivery like, where is out of delivery ???
Delivery Status as on date – Friday 12 August- 02:20:55 PM -Tumkur -Unsuccessful Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues
Flipkart torcharing me mentally because day by day am getting diffrent msg, if i called customer care they are saying how you get msg we dont no like , if goes wrong who will take responsibility
please take a action againist flipkart ask them to refund my money Rs.24,790/-
