Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that on 31st May 2023, I purchased a pair of shoes from Amazon.
I received the wrong pair so I requested the customer care to take a return of their item as it was wrong. It costed INR 1294 which isn’t a small amount for a middle class person.
They asked me to link bank account to my amazon account so that they would refund the amount once the return was successful. On 8th of June, the return was taken, and I was told to wait about a week for refund. On 14th I contacted them again and they said that 15th June the refund will be done.
Then I didn’t receive any refund by 16th so I contacted them again and they asked to contact on 20th. When I asked them yesterday, they said that I had given them the wrong item and that they could not assist me.
I told them that I had not received the right item in first place then how am I supposed to bring them the correct thing. They hung up the call on me. I even emailed them and they said they would not reply to this very issue.
Now, neither they’re giving me the pair of shoes I returned, nor the refund which makes my expenditure of 1294 for nothing.
I’ll be grateful if you could help me somehow, I don’t want hard earned money of my parents to be just wasted like that. 🙂

I have attached the photo of the pair I received, whereas I had ordered reddish ones.
