Sir as I have order item from amazon paylater. Car touch scree on 2023 since then I have never received anyitem and when I asked to give me proof that if I have received item but still then they never reply me back and in 2024 they put writoff in my cibil score. But still then I settled the amount. What I am requesting you is please close my account in my cibil score.so that it will not effect my score.
