I would like to bring to your kind notice that, I have done recharging on 21st Dec 2019 at 8.39 AM for MRP Rs. 23.00. TransID770430072 and my airtel number is 9845656018.
In spite of recharging, I got messages for recharging. Since recharging is already done I thought it will resume automatically.
Unfortunately, today I could notice that the Rs 23.00 is again deducted from my airtel balance. I would like to know why this is done.
kindly Rectify the error immediately.
