 I am facing continuously  extremely slow speed past 3 months(Oct,Nov,Dec- 2019) during evening (4 PM-10 PM) hours, the speed gets worse like 2G with 100 kbps speed even though i have huge amount of data left daily to be utilised.
I had done recharge of  Rs 2099 on Prepaid Mob No-8709688191 on 10th April,2019 which offers 6.21 GB/day high speed internet data and 80 kbps unlimited post exhaustion of 6.21 GB/day daily limit and the above mentioned pack will exhaust on 9th April,2020 which is long way to go.But,as an irony i am not able even to utilise even half of data due to slow speed on any given day.
I had complained regarding the same issue several number of times but till date i have not got satisfactory resolution,just the advice of keeping my phone in 3G mode in manual mode.The problem of  slow speed due to large number of customers accessing data during evening time and less efficiency/signal strength sharing same bandwidth of BSNL towers near my  locality during time (4PM-10 PM) everyday.Furthermore,i live around open space so there is no blockage  of concrete structure obstructing signals  and signal bars in my Motorola handset are full most of the time.There is  NO issue of voice calls.I will hereby share the previous complaint booked regarding the same issue in last month on November,2019.The customer care guy called me up in haste and did not sincerely try to resolve the issue.I and my family members use 5 BSNL prepaid simcards and the network issue remains the same at my location.
I was not satisfied with the resolution of complaint the last time(viz-5 Dec,2019) as nothing much has improved during the ongoing month of December,2019 till dated 24,dec,2019.I  set my phone in manual mode on 3G  BSNL  removing auto selection of network signal,for more than 15 days but the problem of low speed during evening hours(4PM-10PM) remains the same with 2g like speed of 100 kbps and extremely slow speed even though i have daily allotment of huge quota of data 6.21 GB/day it remains unutilized due to poor speed.Kindly, I want that BSNL @ PATNA  office send technical team to monitor the status of signal  and possibly install towers or upgrade  BSN4G/3G network  near my locality.There are large number of customers using the same bandwidth in the evening hours  (4PM-10PM) so the speed is severely affected.
There is NO problem in voice calling or SMS services on BSNL during evening hours.
This was the reply from BSNL executive which was not very satisfactory and very minimalistic:-(On 5th Dec,2019)
As per report from JTO (RF), Subscriber went oftenly in 2G whenever 3G signal became poor,means above -90 dBm.In 2G data speed
is low as compared to 3G.So, I advise him to select only 3G mode in your phone while using Data.After doing this,he got an average
of 2Mbps data speed in 3G and satisfied.
I registered a NEW complaint on 24-Dec,2019 with the Consumer Portal of Government of India with Docket no-1811928.I  am hereby attaching some supporting documents of earlier registered complaints regarding the issue.
