My name is Himanshu Singh , i recently ported to Airtel from jio and yesterday night it started working but till now first recharge wasn’t done by the Airtel Store , Rajapur , Prayagraj. I understand that due to lockdown shops are closed but he isn’t even picking up the call and i have already given him first recharge money and already informed him 2 days before when there wasn’t a lockdown that exactly when and at what time my new Airtel Sim will be activated and when you need to recharge but still after knowing everything i didn’t got any response and when i called Airtel customer care then they told me that they don’t have any contact number of their own store , did they ever heard database thing which is used to keep a lot of things like these , so that they can use it whenever they need it , i am very angry from Airtel, today i got ported to Airtel and you are showing me behaviour like this , i think it’s better to stay in jio only , atleast they have automatic recharge system when your sim gets activated and packs are cheaper too.
