I took Airtel Family plan on May-2020 with Rs:899 plan ( One DTH connection and Two mobile connection)
But from the beginning I am not able to access Internet in secondary number and not able to add the Secondary number to my family plan and I am getting bill for secondary number which is not acceptable as per plan.
I paid around Rs:360 for secondary number as Airtel told me to add we need to clear this bill but after clearing the bill amount also I am not able to add the secondary number to family.
Presently I got one more bill of Rs:293 for secondary number.
I am following up with Airtel from last 2.5 months on this issue but still not resolved.
If I tried to add the secondary number its showing the error message.
