Dear Nodal Officer,
I am not able to understand what kind of service you are providing inspite of so many discussion and mails.
It is clearly said by YOU(AIRTEL PERSON) that recharge with Rs 550, i will be for one month then i activated below channels then also asked is it for one month, they said yes sir it is for one month.
After clear discussion with you then my DTH is going to expire on April 3rd 2019. i have done my last recharge on Mar 19th 2019. only 15 days. it is very sad to hear this kind of services after so many discussion.
Only one option i have either you provide the service till April 18th or dis-connect my DTH
