My Name is Naresh Kumar . I am writing this after approaching Airtel counterpart many time and not getting the satisfactory response. Since I was out of the country for 7-8 months. It was difficult for me to make online payments because my phone was not active and I couldn’t get the OTP.
So I asked my wife to make the payment to the Airtel collection guy.
Airtel collection team haven’t made the payment and did the fraud with me.
When I approached the Airtel to re-activate the connection they said you have outstanding amount. Then I shocked how this could happened i had already made the payment
