My brother is working in Dubai since 2 years. He has been using airtel sim since many years . Earlier his airtel sim was working properly but now since 4-5 months it’s not working in Dubai. It shows a cross sign in place of networks. He has done a recharge of 100 rupees still it’s not working he has tried everything to make it work but everything seems useless.
Then I went to a airtel customer service centre to enquire about the problem but they didn’t said anything
And my brother is very disturbed and disappointed as in all his official documents that airtel no. Is listed everywhere.
So, please I request you to reactivate it as soon as possible.
