From 2nd december(4:10 p.m.) my jio fiber services are shut down due to some services till 4th december(1:58 a.m.) in my area after that all other providers are able to excess their services except me and my services are not working. I have registered a complaint also i.e. my complaint request id is SR00001T1PDR but every time customer care making fake promises and my issue is not been resolved by them please it’s a request take action against them ASAP.
