Sir, I returned a shoe to Amazon on 18th November and they credited the money to my Paytm Payment Bank account on 25th November. But that money was not showing in my account, so when I told this to Amazon customer care, they gave me a refund reference number. But when I told that reference number to Paytm Payment Bank Customer Care, they said that the money has gone to someone else on this reference number.
