I was using my phone poco X3 pro and suddenly it was dead during using I submitted in MI store and they gave me time to 10-15days to repair my phone but they didn’t repair my phone. I called MI customer care service then they gave me a date of resolve my problem by 5 April 2023 . But they stil saying wait for 5-6days to solve this.
