I have booked a hotel on 31st of August which costs around 2586.when my relatives asked the hotel persons our booking is confirmed so plz provide a room the hotel management said to us that we won’t allow booking here through paytm, when I called to paytm customer care he said we won’t allow booking here so I asked for my refund since 19days I am calling to customer care for my refund they are saying only one dialogue your complaint is highlighted and your issue will be resolved shortly.Really very worst service from PAYTM.from 19days I m waiting for my refund and I didn’t get any confirmation call from there side.
