Hi Team,
I ordered a T-shirt from Ajio on 10 July, till now It showing me the order has been shipped. whenever I try to connect they always say we have escalated your issue to the respective team. but till now no update. on Saturday I asked them to cancel my order then said now the product has been shipped so can’t cancel it.
I talked to their supervisor too but they were also not helping. I asked them to connect with their manager they denied it. They said I will inform my manager and you will get the call within 24 hours. Noone has tried to connect with me but I got the email that they were trying but noone has respended.
Can you please help me here.
