Sir, I order a mobile phone from Amazon. The order delivery date is 24 Oct 2022 but the order is still not delivered. According to prime membership Amazon delivered the product in one day. I requested many times to their customer service they told me every time the order is delivered today, but still am not receiving my product. Am ordering the product in the Diwali sale so am not able to cancel and reorder the product because of the price hike. Now tomorrow is my husband’s flight and is still has not received the order.
