lm having my saving account no 1984115889 with central bank of india. in the month of april i gave 2 cheques for SIP and also 2 SIP mandate form with same signature.
cheques were cleared but my SIP mandate form was rejected due to reason signature mismatch. i wonder how can bank clear cheque and reject mandate form with my same signature.
on this rejection bank has charged me 4 times 250+gst which is totally wrong. if one sip mandate is rejected than charge might be one time only
kindly revert my excess amount deducted from my account
