Text of Complaint by Harika:

Dear sir

As per the above cited subject I have placed order for best seller designer sofa on 20th of October with order I’d:408-7698535-3816304.

Their promised date of delivery is by 28th of October till now they did not delivered the product .

If we call to customer care they have said please wait 5th of November at any cost it will be delivered.

Today I have called to customer care again they are saying wait for 9th of NOVEMBER..

IN THE PAST SAME HAS HAPPENED TO ME FOR THE ORDER ID 408-4007931-7865146.

For this also they did the same and made me to wait for a month and at last they had cancelled without proper intimation.

 

Being a prepaid product who will bare the interest of the product…and inconvenience caused to me

 

Again and again they are doing the same.

Does they are doing any call money business by holding customer amount

Kindly resolve the issue
