Good afternoon.
My name is Sanjay one product got delivered to me on 13th of August that was one plus Nord 2T 5G (Gray shadow 8GB 128GB RAM), so I received the used product and I called up the Amazon customer service and I inform them that I have received the used product so they asked me to upload the picks of it even from my end i uploaded all the picks with IMEI number of the mobile too so they agreed with it, so I asked for the replacement but the customer service team said their is no replacement for this product we will initiate the return pickup so I agreed with. So on 20th August the pickup associate came to my address and he asked for the product an he asked why ur returning it Sir i said i received the used product an i showed him the dents on the body. He picked up the product and till today I have not received the refund are any updates on this product now i received a mail stating that they have received INCORRECT ITEM we are unable to initiate the payment.
So it is my humble request to please investigate on this an do the needful sir..
