I bought a mobile with buy back option 1 year before. So when i try to buy a new phone in 12th month it doesn’t show the buy back option so checked with customer care they mentioned some issue in Flipkart site so you buy any phone we will the excess amount in your account. I ordered a new phone and the delivery person refused to take the exchange mobile as there is a small spot in one location.when i took the buy back option it was only mentioned no major damage should be there. When i asked about this to customer care they didnt give proper reply instead they asked 4 days time and gave guarantee that the delivery person will take the phone for exchange.
This is for the buy back option which I have bought when I purchased the
buy back option.
When I have bought the buy back option from Flipkart why seller has to
decide the buy back option.
It was very hard for me to reply different person answering for my
complaint.
I am not happy with the Flipkart team answer. I didn’t get proper
solution.
